The Personal Assistance Services Council (PASC) is committed to protecting your privacy online. In order to fully understand your rights, we encourage you to read this Privacy Statement and to consult the User Policy.

The following Privacy Statement is provided to help you understand how your personal information will be treated as you visit the PASC website.

We do not sell or share your information with third parties.

PASC may collect and store information from users of the PASC website when:

  1. You visit certain pages or download certain documents – information gathered during these instances will not include personal information, but rather the name and/or domain of the host from which you access the internet, the Internet Protocol (IP) address of the computer being used and information on the type of browser/operating system being used. The information gathered will be for statistical purposes only.
  2. If you send an e-mail to this website or to PASC – personal information may be stored and used to assist PASC in responding to any e-mail inquiries that you send.

PASC’s website contains links to websites owned and operated by outside organizations. If you link to another website not affiliated with PASC, you become subject to the Privacy and User Policies of that organization.

By using the PASC Web site and services, you signify your acceptance of this Privacy Statement. If you do not agree or are not comfortable with any policy described in this Privacy Statement, your only remedy is to discontinue use of the PASC website and services. PASC reserves the right to modify this Privacy Statement at any time. Changes to this policy will be posted on this site so that you are always aware of what information is collected by PASC, how it is used, and under what circumstances it is disclosed. Your continued use of any portion of PASC’s website following posting of such changes will constitute your acceptance of those changes.

Text Messaging

To opt out of receiving text messages from PASC at any time, text 0 to the phone number from which the text message was sent to the enrolled mobile device or reply to a text with 0. A confirmation message of your opt out will be sent to your mobile number but no additional messages will be sent to you unless you opt in again. Standard messaging and data rates will apply.
