Starting July 1st, 2022, PASC will begin encrypting any personal information. Encrypted emails prevent sensitive data from being released and protect personally identifiable information. This is a new law that all entities that send personal information via email or text must comply with. So ANY document (i.e. Provider Referral List, Eligibility Letters) or email that contains your personal information will be encrypted for your protection. We are using a software called ProofPoint for our encrypted emails. Encrypted emails will remain in your ProofPoint inbox for 15 days. It is automatically deleted from your ProofPoint inbox after 15 days. After you receive your encrypted email, watch the video below to learn how to register for encryption. The first video is in English and the second is in Spanish.
