Paper Time Sheets are Going Away

Starting July 1st, 2019 LA County will gradually begin mandatory enrollment of Electronic timesheets or Telephone timesheets.

You must begin using one of the following two options below to submit, review, approve, or reject timesheets.


Electronic Services Portal (ESP)


Available: 24 hours a day/7 days a week

Providers and recipients enrolling on ESP must have their IHSS recipient case number or IHSS provider number, social security number, and a valid email address to register.

Telephone Timesheet System (TTS)

1-866-376-7066 (select Option 4.)

Available: Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m.

Recipients enrolling on TTS do not need an email address.  Recipients must call the IHSS helpline (888) 822-9622 to request a Passcode. At this time providers can not use the telephone system.
