Aside from the registry and training services, the Personal Assistance Services Council (PASC) offers a variety of other support services to enhance the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Program.
Information and Referral Services
PASC operates an Information and Referral Program for IHSS consumers and providers who need assistance in areas outside of PASC’s scope of services. If an IHSS consumer or provider needs assistance and does not know where to turn, they may call PASC at 877-565-4477 and ask to speak to someone in the Information and Referral department
PASC maintains a continuous presence in the legislative process by tracking budget and legislative issues that impact the In-Home Supportive Services (IHSS) Program and the people who receive and provide care through IHSS. PASC disseminates information on various legislative issues to consumers and providers by holding town hall meetings.
