IHSS – New payroll system – New Timesheet

On September 3, 2013, Los Angeles County began using a new computer system to improve timesheet processing.

What Changed?

• New timesheet
•  No more decimals.  You will enter time worked in  hours and minutes (HH:MM)
•  New timesheet processing facility – Chico, CA
•  You cannot submit your new timesheet to your local office
•  How to report a change of address

New IHSS Provider Timesheet and statewide payroll system

With the implementation of CMIPS II, significant changes for IHSS providers will include a new timesheet, and timesheet processing will move from the local county IHSS office to a statewide Timesheet Processing Facility (TPF) in Chico, CA. Providers will mail their timesheets to the TPF rather than to their local county office.
