AB 2274 (Beall) – IHSS

This bill would allow a person who receives IHSS as part of an entity authorized by a specified federal waiver, to select any qualified person to be their care provider. This change is in anticipation of the new Section 1115 Waiver.

Status: This bill was passed by the Assembly on May 6th, passed by the Senate August 30th. It has been sent to the Governor for Signature.
