SB 141 (Maldonado) - IHSS Provider Timesheets This bill would require IHSS timesheets, which are signed by the recipient and the provider of services, to contain a legal certification statement. A person who knowingly provides false information resulting in a conviction of fraud would be subject to a civil penalty, with a fine of between $500 and $1,000. Status: This bill was introduced in the Senate on February 11th and originally required provider and consumer signatures under threat of perjury.
